Name: Trevor John Smrcek King (my dad's original last name was Croatian and he changed it from Smrcek to King when he moved to Canada in the 70s).
Hometown: I'm from Vancouver but I'm going to say Sydney. I have lived in Australia for 15 years am a citizen now. Sydney encompasses everything I look for in a great city.

How long have you lived in Sydney? 6 years
And what do you do here? Fashion photographer.
Where can we get the best coffee? Saturday's Surf shop, bondi. Just opened. Good guys, great coffee... And clothing.
Best healthy breakfast? Porch and Parlour, Bondi. The Breaky bowl. Quinoa, spinach, avo and other delights. Sounds a bit too healthy and bland and I don't know what they do to it, but it is so tasty.
Best spot for date night? Riley Street Garage. Darlinghurst. Share plates from Oysters and champagne to sliders and ceviche. It has a great vibe. A bit upscale, without being pretentious.
Best waves? That's a secret. Nowhere around Sydney city is always good. Depends on time of year for swell and weather but if you hit Bondi or Maroubra, you're bound to have a fun wave or two.
Favorite out-of-town getaway? Treachery campsite at Seal Rocks, north of Newcastle. Great waves and not many people around. It is just back from a pristine beach in a national park. Kangaroos, cockatoos, dingos, whales, seals, dolphins, goannas, you'll see them all !!
Who is inspiring you right now? Instagram is. I follow a bunch of cool landscape photographers who post some awesome stuff. @chrisburkard @stianmklo @markclinton @wearehandsome. Makes me constantly want to visit new places around the world and take some pics myself.
What's on your stereo? City Calm Down, Tame Impala, Unknown Mortal Orchestra, Rodriguez, Mansionair, Joey Bada$$, Kurt Vile, The Internet, Jack Ladder, Beck, Drake.
When and where will you be using your passport next? In two weeks. Heading to LA for a bit.
